MyAssistant privacy policy

This is the privacy policy of the MyAssistant app for Android. The app is published by Yurii Pavlenko, an individual developer in Israel, under the name KrinkerLabs. Last updated: 2026-10-28.

Your data stays with you

MyAssistant has no advertising, no analytics and no account. Your tasks, steps, scans and flights are stored on your phone only.

What goes over the internet

Only what you ask for:

• Weather: your location goes to MET Norway (the Norwegian Meteorological Institute).
• Exchange rates: a request for the rates, without any personal data.
• Satellite maps in flight reports: only if you turn them on with your own key, map pictures of the flight area are requested from Esri.
• Your own cloud backup: if you set it up, a copy of your data goes to the WebDAV server you chose, over a secure connection. The password is stored encrypted.

The services above receive the technical data that any internet request carries, such as your IP address, and handle it under their own terms and privacy policies.

Permissions

• Location: the weather where you are and the recording of flights.
• Physical activity: counting steps.
• Notifications and alarms: reminders of your tasks.

Sharing and selling

Your data is never sold or shared for advertising. A backup or a report leaves the phone only when you share it yourself.

Your control

All data lives on your phone. You can export it, back it up and delete it at any time: delete a record in the app, or uninstall the app to remove everything stored on the phone. Copies you saved in your own cloud storage or shared with others are under your control and not ours.

Children

The app is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect any data from anyone.
